The Retail Park - Sweep Road, Cookstown
This contract consisted of the development of New Retail
Units and the reconstruction of existing retail units
at Sweep Road, including all site works for:
Mr Raymond Turkington.
The duration of the contract was 10 months. |

Road, Coalisland
Complete re-build of long established business at Moor
Road.
Building consists of Supermarket, Public Bar, Lounge,
Restaurant and Games Room. |

The Alms Houses for The Lord Blayney Trust,
Castleblayney.
Historic Building.
This contract consisted of comprehensive refurbishment
of existing dwellings which occasioned extensive but
sensitive restoration works, external meter/bin stores,
extension to caretakers dwelling and all associated
site work. The main aim of this project was to retain
the maximum content of the historic fabric of the building. |

Quinn Workshop - Store, Packaging Area and
Offices.
89 Ballynakelly Road, Coalisland
Construction of portal frame unit to house fridge/freezer
compartments with office accommodation, concrete yard
and associated site works including ramps with dock
levellers on both sides of building forming an extension
to existing fruit and vegetable store. |
