WHAT WE DO
Building & Civil Engineering Services
Commercial construction is at the heart of the business, with the team delivering dependable, carefully managed solutions tailored to the operational and practical requirements of each client.
This is supported by extensive experience in civil engineering, council and community projects, and planned and responsive maintenance work.
The primary focus of our work is constructing large scale commercial portal frame steel buildings with all associated cladding, grounds works, building works and fencing etc.
O’Neill of Clonoe have a vast array of plant and equipment at their disposal to carry out ground works including manholes, sewer connections, services trenches, muck shifting, foundations works and concrete works including structure and retaining walls. All plant is manned by fully trained, competent and CITB approved licensed operators.
O’Neill of Clonoe Ltd have been working alongside Councils & Community organisations in Northern Ireland for over 50 years carrying out a wide range of works from new builds, extensions and alterations to full renovations on live sites working together with clients to keep disruption to a minimum.
