O’Neill of Clonoe Ltd was appointed to deliver a significant commercial development for McCloskey International at Granville Industrial Estate, Dungannon, involving the construction of a new assembly building incorporating dedicated office accommodation and associated siteworks.
The project provided McCloskey International with a purpose-built facility designed to support its manufacturing and assembly operations, while also incorporating modern office accommodation to meet the needs of its workforce and day-to-day business activities. The development required careful planning and coordination to ensure the new building provided a practical, efficient and high-quality working environment.
As part of the project, O’Neill of Clonoe Ltd undertook the associated external siteworks required to complete the development. This included the preparation and development of the surrounding site and the integration of the new building into the existing industrial estate environment.
