O’Neill of Clonoe Ltd was appointed to undertake a significant redevelopment project for Donnelly Group at 59 Moy Road, Dungannon, involving the transformation and modernisation of the existing site to create enhanced facilities for the automotive business.
The project involved the demolition of the existing filling station and showrooms, making way for the redevelopment of the site and the construction of new, purpose-built facilities. As part of the works, O’Neill of Clonoe also undertook an extension to the existing workshop, providing additional space and improved facilities to support the Group’s ongoing operations.
A key element of the development was the construction of new car showrooms, creating a modern and professional environment for displaying vehicles and welcoming customers. The project required careful planning and coordination throughout, particularly given the scale of the works and the need to integrate the new facilities with the existing operations of the business.
