Project Description
Donnelly Jaguar Landrover, Moy Road, Dungannon
O’Neill of Clonoe were delighted to be awarded the Donnelly Jaguar Landrover arch concept project in Dungannon.
Situated on a green field site adjacent existing Donnelly complex on the Moy Road Dungannon the site was not without its challenges as there was a 20M difference in level from the Road to the back of Site. The design team had put together a clever arrangement of retaining systems to provide 4 different stepped car parking areas. With a 6M high green face retaining system to the extreme rear of the site. We worked closely with the design team and geo technical engineers to ensure we could make savings when possible and delivered an end product that both looked good and was fit for purpose
The building itself comprised of a reinforced concrete basement housing the wet and dry valet shop and turntable for car photography. On top of the basement sat the steel superstructure with both ground and first floor decked out in concrete flooring and clad in aluco bond panelling. Ground floor houses the showroom had 2 large open plan areas housing the respective brands with a number of private offices , to the rear of it is parts store and workshop housing 16 workstations fitted out with purpose built cabinets and state of the art technology. First floor is home to Donnelly Group HQ which was finished out in its own style kept different from the JLR design.
