O’Neill of Clonoe Ltd was appointed to undertake the extension of existing commercial units for Terex in Ballymoney, providing additional factory floor space to support the company’s ongoing manufacturing and operational requirements.
The development was focused on increasing the available factory floor area, creating a larger and more efficient working environment within the existing commercial site. Extending an operational industrial facility requires careful planning and coordination to ensure the new construction integrates effectively with the existing buildings and infrastructure.
As part of the project, O’Neill of Clonoe Ltd also delivered the associated infrastructure and external siteworks, ensuring the extended facilities were fully integrated into the wider site. The works also incorporated additional car parking provision, helping to improve accessibility and accommodate the needs of staff and visitors.
